O cantor descobriu via Twitter que uma fã sua, chamada Hayley Okines, sofria de Progéria (que faz com que a pessoa envelheça de 8 a 10 vezes mais rápido que o normal) e seu sonho era conhecê-lo. Justin falou que o momento que visitou Hayley foi único: ''Na verdade, foi até engraçado o que aconteceu. Ela não fazia ideia e quando me viu, começou a gritar, e ninguém entendeu nada''. Depois do encontro, o cantor agradeceu os outros fãs pelo Twitter: ''Vocês fizeram uma coisa muito boa. E vocês estavam certos, ela tem um sorriso lindo!'' Ah! Hayley ainda ganhou convites para um show do Justin no Reino Unido!

The singer found out via Twitter that a fan of yours, call HayleyOkines, suffered from progeria (which causes a person age 8 to 10 times faster than normal) and his dream was to meet him.Justin said that the moment Hayley was visited only:'' It was actually kind of funny what happened. She had no idea when he saw me and began screaming, and nobody understood anything.'' After the meeting, the singer thanked the other fans via Twitter:'' You did a very good thing. And you were right, she has a beautiful smile!'' Ah! Hayley also won invitations to a show ofJustin in the UK!
