Rapidamente, fãs de Bieber se prontificaram no Twitter e subiram a hashtag #prayforjustingrandparents (Reze pelos avós de Justin) nos Trending Topics. Teve até quem dissesse que estava triste com a notícia. "Eu estou chorando. Eles são muitos especiais pra mim, afinal os dois ajudaram a Pattie a cuidar do Justin", diz @kidrauhlkissy. Bieber por enquanto não se pronunciou sobre o acidente com os avós.
